Q.  How do I place an order?

Q.  Do you deliver?

A.  Of course!  Little Bird Bakery doesn't have a storefront, so delivery is how we get our scrumptious baked goods to you.  A nominal $5 delivery fee applies for most of the Metro Atlanta area, although rush orders and longer traveling distances may require additional charges.

Q.  Will you deliver on weekends?

A.  Yes.

Q.  What types of payment do you accept?

A.  Cash is great, but we also accept checks and credit cards.  Credit card payments are processed via PayPal.

Q.  Do you make anything fat-free or sugar-free?

A.  Our motto is "the more butter, the better."  However, we do have a few low-fat options.

Q.  I have an allergy.  Is there anything I can order?

A.  If you have any allergies, let us know what they are.  We have many egg-less, nut-less and flour-less recipes that we can whip up for you to enjoy.

Q.  How far in advance do I need to place an order?

A.  You must place your order 48 hours in advance, although if your order is for the weekend we recommend at least 4 days as that is a baker's busiest time.

Q.  Do you ship your products?

A.  Yes, Little Bird Bakery provides nationwide shipping!  However, some items hold up in shipping better than others.  So, to guarantee that everything arrives to you in perfect condition, we only ship our Not-Layer Cakes, Cupcakes, Cookies and Breakfast Sweets.  Layer Cakes and Pies cannot be shipped.

Q.  What shipping method to you use?

A.  We provide shipping through USPS Next-day or 2nd-day Air.  Shipping costs will be added to your order total.

Q.  How soon will my order be shipped?

A.  Orders placed by 9:00 am ET Tuesday will ship by Wednesday.  Any orders placed Wednesday through Friday will not go out until the following Monday.  This guarantees that our goodies are as fresh as possible.
